Paris Design Week

To celebrate Paris Design Week, we introduced the collection of decorative surfboards and sculptural stands created in collaboration with master artisans from the Yoshino Forest in Japan. Each piece is crafted from sustainably harvestd Sugi wood, known for its refined grain, lightness, and unique aroma. The collection draws inspiration from traditional Japanese craftsmanship, merging functionality with aesthetics to produce surfboards that are as high performing in the water as they are visually captivating on display. The accompanying sculptural stand, inspired by Hokusai’s iconic waves, extends this balance of art and utility. Together, these pieces honour the enduring relationship between art, nature, and Japanese heritage, inviting visitors to experience the sensory appeal and timeless elegance of Sugi wood in an entirely new context.
