Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

This Return and Refund Policy applies to products purchased on the K-3 website.

The K-3 website is operated by KTJB LLC, owner and seller of record for products purchased through the website.

KTJB LLC
701 Brickell Avenue
Miami, Florida 33131
United States
Email: contact@k-3.com

In this policy, “K-3,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to KTJB LLC and its authorized logistics, fulfillment and customer service partners.

1. General principle

Returns are accepted only where required by applicable law or where expressly approved by K-3 in writing.

No product may be returned without prior written return authorization from K-3, except where such requirement is prohibited by applicable law.

K-3 reserves the right to refuse, delay, reduce or reject any refund, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, where a return does not comply with this policy or with the return instructions provided by K-3.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that a customer may have under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Return authorization

To request a return, the customer must contact K-3 at:

contact@k-3.com

The customer must provide the order number, product reference, reason for return, photographs where applicable, and any other information reasonably requested by K-3.

If the return is approved or required by applicable law, K-3 will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior written authorization may be refused, delayed, returned to the customer, or subject to deduction of any related costs, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

3. EU consumers, statutory right of withdrawal

For EU consumers purchasing standard products online, the statutory right of withdrawal applies where required by applicable law.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.

If an order contains several products delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period may run from the date on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last product, where required by applicable law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform K-3 of the decision to withdraw before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period by contacting:

contact@k-3.com

The customer may use the withdrawal form included at the end of this policy, but it is not mandatory. Any clear statement expressing the decision to withdraw is sufficient where required by applicable law.

The customer must return the product without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days after informing K-3 of the withdrawal, unless K-3 agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.

Unless K-3 agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

K-3 will not apply a fixed restocking fee to EU consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal for standard products. However, K-3 may deduct from the refund any amount corresponding to diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in accordance with applicable law.

K-3 may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned product or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

4. Non-EU customers and discretionary returns

For customers outside the EU Zone, returns of non-defective products are accepted only where required by applicable law or expressly approved by K-3 in writing.

K-3 may refuse any discretionary return request for any reason, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Where K-3 accepts a discretionary return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and related costs, and K-3 may charge a restocking and handling fee of up to 20% of the product price, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

K-3 may also deduct any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier charges, storage fees, repackaging costs, repair costs, restoration costs, diminished value or other costs incurred in connection with the return, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping costs may include carrier charges, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, export charges, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, storage fees, repackaging costs, special handling fees and any other logistics costs connected with the return.

This does not apply where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, non-conforming, or where the return is due to an error by K-3. In such cases, K-3 will handle the return in accordance with applicable law.

For oversized, fragile, high-value, made-to-order, bespoke, furniture, rug, textile, decorative, artisanal, limited-edition or special-handling products, return costs may be significant. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by K-3 in writing, these costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned products are properly packed, protected, tracked and insured during return transport arranged by the customer.

K-3 is not responsible for products lost, damaged, delayed, seized, abandoned or returned during return transport arranged by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Condition of returned products

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, clean, complete, and, where applicable, with all original packaging, labels, certificates, accessories, manuals, protective materials, documentation and authenticity materials.

Products must be packed securely and in a manner appropriate to their value, fragility, size, weight and nature.

K-3 reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund where the returned product is damaged, used, worn, altered, incomplete, missing parts, missing accessories, missing documentation, missing original packaging, inadequately packed, or returned in a condition that prevents resale, except where such refusal or deduction is prohibited by applicable law.

7. Inspection before refund

All returned products are subject to inspection by K-3 or its authorized partners before any refund is approved.

K-3 may delay issuing a refund until the returned product has been received and inspected, or until the customer has provided satisfactory proof of return shipment, where required by applicable law.

K-3 reserves the right to reject the return or reduce the refund if the product does not comply with this policy or the return instructions.

8. Deductions from refunds

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K-3 reserves the right to deduct from any refund any amount corresponding to diminished value, damage, use, wear, alteration, deterioration, missing items, missing accessories, missing documentation, missing labels, missing certificates, missing original packaging, inadequate packaging, repackaging, cleaning, repair, restoration, storage, special handling, return logistics, carrier fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, insurance, payment charges, or any other cost, loss or expense incurred by K-3 in connection with the return.

Where a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, K-3 may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Restocking and handling fee

For eligible non-defective returns outside mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, K-3 may charge a restocking and handling fee of up to 20% of the product price, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This restocking and handling fee may be deducted from the refund.

The restocking and handling fee is separate from, and may be in addition to, return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees, repackaging costs, repair costs, restoration costs, diminished value deductions and other costs incurred by K-3 in connection with the return, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

No restocking fee will be applied where prohibited by applicable law, or where the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, or an error by K-3.

10. Bespoke, personalized, made-to-order and special-order products

Products made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized products, bespoke products, custom-made products, custom-altered products, special-order products and products ordered specifically for the customer may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming.

This may include, without limitation, made-to-order furniture, rugs, textiles, decorative objects, artisanal products, limited-edition products, customized products, products manufactured or sourced specifically for the customer, and products requiring special production, special materials, special finishing, special dimensions or special logistics.

Where a product is excluded from cancellation, return, exchange or withdrawal rights, this will be indicated on the product page, at checkout, in the quotation, in the order confirmation, or in a separate written communication before the order is confirmed.

By placing an order for such a product, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicable production timeline, delivery timeline and return restrictions disclosed before the order is confirmed.

11. Products with extended delivery periods

Certain K-3 products may be made-to-order, pre-order, bespoke, customized, oversized, fragile, high-value, artisanal, limited-edition, special-order or otherwise subject to extended preparation, production or delivery periods.

For these products, delivery may take up to six months, depending on the product, materials, production schedule, artisan availability, logistics requirements, customs clearance, destination and carrier arrangements.

By placing an order for such a product, the customer accepts the stated delivery period where it has been disclosed before the order is confirmed.

If K-3 becomes aware of a material delay beyond the agreed delivery period, K-3 will contact the customer and provide the options required by applicable law.

12. International returns

For returns from outside the EU Zone, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, export charges, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, customs clearance fees, storage fees and other charges connected with the return, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by K-3 in writing.

Returned products must be clearly identified as returned merchandise and must follow all return instructions provided by K-3.

K-3 is not responsible for customs delays, customs refusals, duties, taxes, penalties, storage charges or other costs caused by incorrect customs declarations, missing documentation, failure to follow return instructions, failure to use the correct customs codes, or failure to identify the shipment as returned merchandise.

If a returned product is refused by customs, returned to the sender, abandoned, delayed, destroyed or subject to additional charges because the customer failed to follow return instructions or provide required documentation, K-3 may deduct any related costs from any refund, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Refused delivery, failed delivery and uncollected shipments

If the customer or recipient refuses delivery, fails to collect the shipment, fails to attend a delivery appointment, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, fails to provide customs information, fails to pay import duties or taxes, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, delayed, stored, abandoned or destroyed, K-3 may deduct from any refund all related costs, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Such costs may include original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, carrier fees, storage charges, handling charges, repackaging costs and any other costs incurred by K-3.

K-3 may refuse future orders from customers who refuse delivery, fail to collect shipments, fail to pay import charges, or otherwise create repeated delivery or return issues.

14. Damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming products

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, the customer must contact K-3 as soon as possible at:

contact@k-3.com

The customer should provide the order number, product reference, photographs of the exterior packaging, photographs of the interior packaging, photographs of the product and a clear description of the issue.

For delivery damage, the customer should notify K-3 within 48 hours after delivery whenever possible, so that K-3 can investigate with the carrier and preserve any available claim.

This 48-hour notice request does not limit any mandatory rights that the customer may have under applicable law.

Where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, K-3 will handle the issue in accordance with applicable law.

15. Non-returnable items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following products may not be returned, exchanged or refunded:

Products made to the customer’s specifications.
Clearly personalized products.
Bespoke, custom-made, custom-altered or special-order products.
Products ordered specifically for the customer.
Products that have been used, installed, washed, worn, altered, damaged, repaired or modified.
Products missing original packaging, labels, certificates, accessories or documentation.
Products that cannot be resold for hygiene, safety, legal, customs or product-integrity reasons.
Gift cards.
Final sale, archive sale, sample sale, showroom, clearance or discounted products, where identified as such before purchase.
Products returned without authorization, except where such authorization requirement is prohibited by applicable law.

This section does not affect mandatory rights that the customer may have under applicable law.

16. No automatic exchanges

K-3 does not offer automatic exchanges.

Any exchange is subject to product availability, K-3 approval, price differences, shipping costs, customs requirements and applicable law.

K-3 may treat an exchange request as a return and a new order.

17. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed and permitted by applicable law.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, carrier fees, storage fees, payment fees, gift wrapping, special packaging, white-glove delivery, expedited delivery, special handling and other additional charges are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

K-3 may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received and inspected, or until the customer has provided satisfactory proof of return shipment, where required by applicable law.

Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank or other payment intermediary.

18. Chargebacks and abusive returns

K-3 reserves all rights in the event of abusive returns, fraudulent claims, false damage claims, payment disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized returns, customs misdeclarations or any conduct intended to avoid payment obligations.

K-3 may provide order records, delivery records, tracking information, customer communications, photographs, inspection reports, customs documents and other evidence to payment processors, banks, carriers, insurers, customs authorities, legal advisors or competent authorities where necessary to protect its rights.

19. No waiver of rights

Any decision by K-3 to accept a return, issue a refund, waive a fee, reduce a charge or make a commercial gesture does not constitute a waiver of K-3’s rights and does not create any obligation to do so in the future.

K-3 reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
